Who we are
Acadable, in Indore, India, makes Depth and Clewline. For anything about your data, write to team@acadable.com.
What we collect
When you send a form (a demo request, a founding-team application, a comprehension check result): what you typed, such as your name, work email, company, team size and message; for the comprehension check, your results; the page you sent it from; and when.
When you visit: we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which records pages, referrers, country and device type without cookies and without identifying you. The site remembers your light or dark theme in your own browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why
To reply to you and do what you asked: arrange a demo, set up a founding team, or send a read of your result. We don't add you to a newsletter, and we never sell your details or share them for marketing.
Where it's kept
Form submissions are stored in Depth's database on Cloudflare, where our team works through them, and emailed to team@acadable.com through our email provider, which also sends you a confirmation. The website itself is hosted on Vercel.
How long, and your rights
We keep an enquiry while we're talking with you about it. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by writing to team@acadable.com, and we'll do it.
