Clewline by Acadable Available · book a demo

The revenue agent that shows its work and asks before it acts.

Clewline finds the renewals you're about to lose, shows the evidence behind every sentence, and prepares the follow-up as changes a person approves line by line. Then it proves, on your own history, that it works.

Works with HubSpot, Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack and your own product data.

Every sign was visible somewhere. The pattern was visible nowhere.

Companies don't lose renewals because nobody cared. They lose them because the warning signs sat in tools that don't talk to each other, and nothing turned them into the right action in time.

  1. Usage starts sliding

    Product data · day −90

  2. Last meeting

    Calendar · day −62

  3. Champion stops replying

  5. “I have left” auto-reply

  6. Renewal lost

The CRM said “healthy” all quarter.

Five signals, four tools, ninety days of warning. The first person to see the whole picture was the customer, on the day they didn't renew.
40%
of new ARR comes from existing customers, and over half for companies above $50M ARR.

Spotting risk is the easy half. The hard half is turning scattered evidence into the right, approved action in time, with a record of why and proof that it worked.

Three things Clewline enforces in code

01

Evidence you can check

Every sentence links to the email, meeting, usage figure or CRM field behind it. Numbers are computed by code, and the AI may only quote them. A checker deletes any claim that doesn't match its record before anyone sees it.

Observed28 of 28 planted false claims removed in testing.

02

Actions as a reviewable change

The follow-up arrives as a change set: before and after for every field, and a preview of every email. Approving a line seals its payload byte for byte. A separate executor carries out that line once, or refuses.

Observed53 of 53 executor-safety tests pass. Live in HubSpot, Gmail and Slack.

03

Proof on your own history

A time machine rebuilds every past renewal as it looked 30, 60 and 90 days before, scores it with today's code, and shows how early each loss would have been flagged, with sample sizes, ranges and baselines.

Your first report: every renewal you lost last year, and how early Clewline would have flagged it.

Plain code for numbers. AI for language. People for decisions.

Before your approval, Clewline can only read and propose. After it, Clewline can only do what you approved. The process that talks to the AI can't write, and the process that writes has no AI.

  1. 01

    Reads and proposes

    • Identify: 12 signals, one points score
    • Explain: every claim checked
    • Propose: a change set

Holds read keys and the AI. Cannot write.

  2. 02

    You approve

    • Line by line, in Clewline or Slack
    • Internal lines in a batch
    • Customer email only on its own

The approval seals the payload with a hash.

  3. 03

    Acts, only as approved

    • CRM task, note and next step
    • Gmail draft, left unsent
    • Slack message to the owner

Holds sealed write keys and no AI. Writes each line once.

Then it learns. Every executed play is checked at +7, +14 and +30 days, and reported as what happened afterwards, not as proof of cause.

Eight rules, enforced in code

Each one is covered by automated tests, so it holds on a busy Monday as well as in a sales deck.

#Rule
1

The AI reads and proposes. Writing is off-limits to it.

Write keys exist only in the executor, sealed so that only it can open them.

2

Numbers come from code. AI text is checked.

Every claim must cite evidence and use only computed numbers, or it is deleted.

3

Live and back-test share one code path.

“What Clewline knew on 1 August” is computed the same way as today.

4

Nothing changes without approval of the precise payload.

The executor refuses on any mismatch and re-checks the live record first.

5

Every step is recorded permanently.

An append-only, hash-chained audit log. If the log write fails, the action doesn't run.

6

Customer text is data, not instructions.

Six layers between an attacker's email and your CRM. The worst case is a warning banner.

7

Each company's data is isolated by the database itself.

Postgres row-level security on every table, tested as a non-owner role.

8

Built and tested against real tools.

Every integration is developed and tested on live HubSpot, Gmail, Google Calendar and Slack accounts.

See value on your own history before Clewline can write anything.

  1. Day 1

Connect read-only: CRM, mail, calendar, product usage.

  2. Week 1

Free back-test report: the renewals you lost, and when Clewline would have warned you.

  3. Weeks 2–3

Shadow mode. Clewline proposes, your team approves as if for real, nothing is written.

  4. Week 4

Approvals on: internal lines in batches, customer email one by one.

  5. Month 2

Outcome review: which plays worked. Then more teams.

Every step is a product mode that already exists. You move on only when the last one has earned it.

Proven in real accounts

Every rule on this page runs as an automated check against live HubSpot, Gmail and Slack accounts, alongside 377 backend tests. This is the latest run.

What revenue and security teams ask first

Our CRM's built-in agent already does this.
If everything you run lives inside one vendor, it may be enough. Clewline is built for teams whose data is split (HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack and your own product data in one timeline), and it adds what built-in agents don't: approvals on precise changes, and proof on your own history.
Isn't letting AI near our CRM and inbox risky?
That's why the AI can't write anything. It reads and proposes; a separate process with no AI key writes only what a person approved. You start read-only, then shadow mode, then live. Gmail access is drafts only (the code has no way to send), and deal amounts and stages stay with people.
What if a customer email tries to instruct the AI?
Customer text is treated as data. Injection attempts are flagged by rules and by a second AI reader and withheld; plans come from rules, not the model; and nothing reaches your tools without an approved hash. The worst outcome is a warning banner.
We don't need another dashboard.
Clewline comes to you. At 09:00 each owner gets their top three cases in Slack, and internal lines can be approved right there. The app is for drilling into evidence.
What happens to our data?
Clewline reads only customer threads and customer meetings, deletes full email bodies after 90 days, isolates every company in the database itself, keeps your data out of AI training, and deletes everything on request with a receipt.
How is it priced?
By accounts monitored, with unlimited seats, so adding owners costs nothing extra. AI spend is capped per company. We'll walk you through it on the demo.
